MD General Assembly's Women's Caucus: Equal Rights Amendment Rally
About this event
Join representatives from the Women's Legislators of Maryland and Maryland National Organization of Women (NOW) for a rally in support of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA). Attend this event and add your voice to the call for the passage of an amendment long overdue.
High-profile supporters of the ERA initiative including former Member of Congress the Honorable Carolyn Maloney, U.S. Senator Ben Cardin, U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski, U.S. Representative Ayanna Pressley, U.S. Representative Cori Bush, as well as Maryland’s own Governor Wes Moore, President Bill Ferguson and Speaker Adrienne Jones, have been invited to attend.
