 Deadlines for Registering to Vote 
  • Voter registration closes 21 days before an election
  • Voter registration will close on October 15, 2024 for the 2024 General Election.
  • Same day registration is permitted during Early Voting and on Election Day for persons who have not already registered to vote in Maryland. Registration prior to those days is recommended.
