Who Are My Elected Officials?
The U.S. Congress, Maryland General Assembly and Montgomery County establish legislative voting districts. Through voting, citizens who live in these districts elect the individuals who will represent them at each level of government. The first step in identifying your elected officials is to identify your voting districts.
(1) Type your name into the name search on the Maryland Board of Elections website. On the results page, select the "My Voting Districts" pull-down menu. If you are not registered to vote, you can use the name search page to register.
(2) Once you know your voting districts, you can match them up to the list of elected officials.
